For five years, I've walked the path of caregiving, tending to my mother's needs as she courageously battles Dementia, Schizoaffective disorder, and Parkinson's. This journey has etched in me an unbreakable commitment to honor and uplift caregivers who dedicate themselves to the well-being of their loved ones.
In 2022, I summoned the courage to transform my experiences into action, birthing Giving Mental Hugs LLC. This venture is a tribute to caregivers' resilience and an unwavering pledge to the cause of Dementia support. It's time we shine a spotlight on the invaluable contributions of caregivers, reminding them that their own well-being is just as precious as that of their loved ones.
